ABOUT THE ROLE Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening for a Field Technical Representative; the ideal candidate would reside in Phoenix or Southern California. The position aims to support Duro-Last contractors and develop new relationships and opportunities in this area. The ideal candidate will have a strong roofing background, preferably in the commercial building products segment, and the ability to be hands on, strong organizational skills, and manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy. This is a full-time, salaried based position ranging between $85,000 - 95,000 with additional bonus potential and a company vehicle. The position will report to the VP of Sales for the Western Division. The ideal candidate will reside in the Denver, CO area. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Responsible for working with existing Duro-Last contractors to increase and maintain installation and specification proficiency. Provide job site training, in-house classes, and assistance to all new and experienced Duro-Last contractors, sales representatives, roofing crews, and estimators. Provide field measuring help for contractors during the order and quoting process. Attend pre-construction meetings, job walks, and interim inspection services throughout the territory on in-progress projects to ensure projects are going smoothly and communicate with building owners and project managers. Develop and grow contractors in the assigned territory, including recruiting new contractors. Almost daily travel in the field as this is an 80% field based position. Learfield Amplify is actively seeking an Account Executive - Revenue Generation. Our highly valued Account Executives are a critical piece of our puzzle! Without their contributions, the property could not deliver on its commitments. The goal is to facilitate the school's outreach and revenue generation to maximize and help the University grow in attendance and revenue. Responsibilities: Generate revenue through ticket sales, new donor acquisition, customer service, premium seating, hospitality and other revenue generating opportunities Call current and past customers and cold-call new sales leads to generate revenue Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person/virtual appointments and networking events where applicable to generate revenue Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals established by management Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers Provide superior customer service to clients throughout the season Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Director Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of sales or customer service experience. Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software such as Salesforce a plus 1+ years history of success in ticket sales preferably with a major Division 1 university or professional sports organization Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships Have a friendly and professional telephone manner Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career Effectively express ideas verbally and in writing Independently take action beyond what is called for Be able to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunities Demonstrate a positive attitude Maintain a flexible work schedule Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred The base pay for this position is $15.88 per hour. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance.
