All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
The MaryHill Youth and Family Center is a youth and family centered residential program located within southeast Ohio. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Identified persons served are youth with behavioral health or co-occurring needs, including intellectual or developmental disabilities. Families, guardians, and community resources are included in all treatment whenever possible. All services are provided in a safe, trauma-informed, recovery-focused milieu designed to integrate the person served back into the community with their families and/or living independently whenever possible. All services are delivered by an interdisciplinary team and staff that are trained in serving youth and families with behavioral health disorders or related problems.
The pay rate for this position is $19.00 to $22.26 per hour.
Essential Functions:
Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of youth.
Provides direct care and supervision through facility-based behavioral health services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative.
Provides behavioral interventions within a safe, caring, and structured environment, ensuring health and well-being.
Ensures adherence to schedules and daily routine.
May be required to assist with meal distribution, planning, and implementing activities
Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
Completes daily summaries of the youth's activities and actions thoroughly and accurately and submits within required timeframes.
Provides active coaching for personal care needs, including health, hygiene, nutrition, and life skills.
Ensures program areas are safe, following program rules and policies.

Advocates for youth, ensuring all basic needs are met, and assist youth with communicating those needs appropriately.
Provides transportation for youth as needed, ensuring compliance with all safety/car seat laws and regulations.
Dispenses all medications as directed per prescription and documents per agency policy.
Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to work 3rd shift.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum three years of directly relevant experience, Bachelor's degree, or peer certification preferred.
Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.
Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
Broad knowledge of facility-based service systems.

Completes all necessary paperwork including client logs, crisis sheets, information and referral intake, discharge forms, and all other required paperwork, inspects forms for accuracy
Answers crisis line to converse and assesses caller's appropriateness for admission to Harbor House or makes referral to other suitable community agency
Answers business line at Harbor House and conveys messages to staff or forwards to appropriate department.
Attends and provides input to agency meetings, as assigned
Supervises clients and assists in the cleaning of the shelter
Cooperates in maintaining coverage for the Domestic Violence Shelter, which requires coverage seven (7) days per week and up to twenty-four (24) hours per day
Promotes the efficient and effective use of Agency resources, including both labor and consumable supplies.
Complies with and supports others in complying with the Policies and Procedures of Harbor House, Inc.

Service Cost Control (fleet maintenance, materials & supplies, hourly time management)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development , and regular cadence of accountability, in order to maximize technician success and retention
Recruit / hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain appropriate staffing levels
Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance (via ride-a-longs and audits)
Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns
Ensure overall service quality to maximize customer retention
Fill in periodically on customer appointments to help close any temporary staffing gaps
Monitor branch scheduling and ensure customer appointments are completed efficiently and effectively
Ensure safety standards are met or exceeded and that all operations are in regulatory compliance
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest / termite control and home services products

Minimum Education Level/Certifications
High school diploma (or GED)
Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
Maintain valid driver's license
Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions
Moving up to 20 lbs by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or repositioning objects
Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Working in damp and/or dusty locations, confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
Going up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
Operating a motor vehicle safely
Ensuring vehicle and other equipment is maintained and kept clean
Wearing personal protective equipment, including OSHA-compliant respirators
Having healthy vision to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes or within arm's reach
Ability to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather (extreme heat/cold)
Flexibility with working hours, including some evening and weekend work, a rotating on-call schedule, and extended (50-60 hours/wk) schedule during peak season

Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)
Base Pay RangeYearly: $56,000.00 - $91,000.00
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
