The MaryHill Youth and Family Center is a youth and family centered residential program located within southeast Ohio. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Identified persons served are youth with behavioral health or co-occurring needs, including intellectual or developmental disabilities. Families, guardians, and community resources are included in all treatment whenever possible. All services are provided in a safe, trauma-informed, recovery-focused milieu designed to integrate the person served back into the community with their families and/or living independently whenever possible. All services are delivered by an interdisciplinary team and staff that are trained in serving youth and families with behavioral health disorders or related problems. The pay rate for this position is $19.00 to $22.26 per hour. Essential Functions: Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of youth. Provides direct care and supervision through facility-based behavioral health services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative. Provides behavioral interventions within a safe, caring, and structured environment, ensuring health and well-being. Ensures adherence to schedules and daily routine. May be required to assist with meal distribution, planning, and implementing activities Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources. Completes daily summaries of the youth's activities and actions thoroughly and accurately and submits within required timeframes. Provides active coaching for personal care needs, including health, hygiene, nutrition, and life skills. Ensures program areas are safe, following program rules and policies.
