Pros of working at Rodda Paint

It’s a job not a career.

Cons of working at Rodda Paint

The CEO is condescending to employees and not open to any improvement suggestions. Salary is lowest in industry and Wolf won’t even keep up with inflation. Most leave after a few months to other companies that offer competitive salaries and better benefits. Rodda is a badly run company under Wolf.

Rodda Paint benefits

Benefits are poor but it’s good on a resume to get into a better company after a few months.

What do you like best about Rodda Paint's CEO and the leadership team?

Morale has plummeted under David Wolf! He pads the sales figures and many reports are not accurate.

How would you improve Rodda Paint's culture?

Get a new CEO ASAP! Right now it’s an employee revolving door and that should tell you something! He wastes money sponsoring a drag racing car which is ridiculous and he is often away on numerous vacations.

How did you prepare for the Rodda Paint interview?

No need to prepare they have a desperate need for employees and entry level management. They hire anybody right now

How does your compensation at Rodda Paint compare to the industry average?

Significantly under the industry average and Wolf won’t even keep pace with inflation.

What's the diversity at Rodda Paint like?

Wolf virtual signals a lot but he does not support the DEI program. It’s just lip service but employment demographics prove his ignoring DEI employment practices.

What brings you the most joy at Rodda Paint?

Leaving! It was a horrible place to work at. I did well and had no problems and prior to Wolf morale was higher but his dictator style of top down management and falsification of reports makes it a miserable place to work. Like I shared, it’s a job not a career.
