Conducts dental unit waterline testing. Manages, updates, and trains faculty, students, and staff on the school's emergency response system (CODE5). Maintains/updates Incident Report Forms, Occupational Exposure Guidelines, and other clinical safety forms. Audits all emergency equipment in clinical areas for expiration and functionality. Reorders emergency supplies as needed. Maintains quality assurance data on incident reports. Other compliance and clinical operation responsibilities as assigned. Blue CUSP certificated. OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification in Construction Safety is highly desirable.
