Support concrete operations including formwork, rebar installation, elevated decks, shoring, lifting operations, and equipment use. Lead site-specific safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training. Collaborate closely with project leadership and field foremen to enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and execute corrective and preventative actions. Maintain accurate EHS documentation including JHAs, inspections, permits, and daily safety reports. Maintain a strong field presence to coach, mentor, and influence crews toward safe work practices. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in construction safety, preferably supporting concrete contractors or heavy civil operations. OSHA 30 required; OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 500 preferred. CHST or other BCSP credential is a plus but not required. Strong understanding of construction site hazards, equipment operations, fall protection, rigging, and concrete operations. Job Description This role will require the incumbent to travel extensively in Georgia and Florida The Regional Hyperbaric Coordinator is responsible to manage all aspects of hyperbaric component in the wound care and hyperbaric centers as assigned by senior leadership including traveling to provide start-up consultation and training as needed. With a customer service focus, the Regional Hyperbaric Coordinator will provide center consultation and hyperbaric oversight, staff and patient training of the hyperbaric component. In conjunction with the Program Director, the Regional Hyperbaric Coordinator facilitates and maintains lines of communication with various ancillary areas within the Wound Healing Institute and is available to provide hyperbaric safety director training and coverage in the various centers and to provide initial and concurrent training and documented education for hyperbaric and wound care staff regarding areas of hyperbaric physiology, decompression equipment functions and patient safety. Provides hyperbaric chamber system orientation and serves as preceptor for all staff and physicians assuring competencies and is available to cover in the hyperbaric room in any given center as needed. The successful candidate will possess a current certification with the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine as a certified hyperbaric technologist and a Hyperbaric Safety Director designation. The Regional Hyperbaric Coordinator ensures availability of appropriate resources and expense allocations, manages relationships with staff, clients and stakeholders and provide hyperbaric technologist coverage as and where needed. The Safety Coordinator position provides direct support to the Safety Director in achieving Safety and Loss Control objectives, minimizing risk of job-related accidents, monitoring operations to eliminate hazardous activities, and enforcing safety policies to promote occupational health and safety (OSH) awareness. Description Safety Coordinator Responsibilities are focused on maintaining the safest possible workplace and OSHA Compliance. The Safety Coordinator will be hands-on and interact with Operations Personnel to implement and manage a proactive, behavior-based approach to Health and Safety, with a strong emphasis on Personal Responsibility, Incident Prevention, and a Management Systems approach to compliance; perform Health and Safety determinations, compliance audits, and risk assessments to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of Regulatory and Company requirements. Essential Duties: Safety professional has oversight of drivers, jobsite safety and work comp claims and accident prevention. Observes, coaches, trains employees in safe work practices, rules, procedures, and hazard recognition.
