Maintains on-hand integrity through inventory adjustment reports including; cycle count, negative on-hand.
Follows the nightly maintenance checklist to ensure proper store recovery and cleanliness.
Maintains familiarity with new products and ad merchandise.
Has sound awareness of surroundings, customers, etc. and practices loss prevention techniques to minimize shoplifting losses.
Working knowledge of the tools available to operate the store; including, but not limited to: RF Gun, Back Office Procedures and the use of Store Opportunities.
Follows GLA policies and procedures for all transactions. Engages the customer to ensure they are receiving all the benefits of being an Ace Rewards member and actively seeking participation from them.
Must be able to communicate effectively, and work with colleagues and customers effectively and professionally.

What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years' experience or a minimum 2 years' experience in an inside or field sales role in the healthcare or similar industry preferred. Medical device experience strongly preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of clinical workflow/clinical language, hospital environment a plus.
Computer literate (must demonstrate a strong solid understanding of excel, PowerPoint and Word). Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

The estimated base salary for this position is $58,400 to $80,300 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. PURPOSE
Primary Care Sales Consultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for approved an approved Cardiorenal product. Responsibilities of the role include driving demand, clinical education and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians, primarily in the Community settings.
The position reports to the CVR Area General Manager (AGM) and will be an integral part of the Area Customer Squad, collaborating closely with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal partners, as appropriate, to drive the US Pharma outcomes.
The span of coverage will be within the Kalamazoo, MI metro areas. Travel up to 50% within the territory. The position is residence based and candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care Sales Consultant are to:
Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products; the incumbent will work closely with the Customer Squad to generate pull-through within local payers, community HCPs;
Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, applicable competitors, industry and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges;
Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g. sales leadership, regional account managers) in regard to strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region;

Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physician specialists based on opportunity and potential;

WHO YOU ARE

What you'll be doing:

Use AI tools to provide accurate measurements of the exterior portion of the home while also giving the customers the opportunity to be interactive with a great visual tool. This gives the customers a better understanding of the process and a peace of mind moving forward with the sale
Offer a quote within the customers' budget while giving you a high commission rate. Also able to start the customer in the financial assistance process if needed
You will be able to close sales at an average rate of 30% or more, by identifying customer needs and provide a 5-star shop-at-home experience.
