This role focuses on working closely with the Salesforce Administrator and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, while driving CRM-related technical initiatives, supporting advanced data workflows, and helping translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Job Responsibilities: System Integration & Data Architecture Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (e.g., HubSpot, NOVO, partner Salesforce orgs) using Salesforce Apex and middleware tools such as Informatica. Manage and maintain the architecture, mapping, and transformation of data across systems, ensuring data quality and alignment. Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows, sync failures, and data discrepancies; maintain clear audit trails and error handling protocols. Optimize ETL processes and recommend data design improvements for scalability and performance. Data Governance & Quality Implement and maintain data governance strategies across platforms, focusing on data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data quality metrics and deduplication strategies. Support data cleansing, enrichment, normalization, and reporting initiatives across integrated systems. Process Automation & System Enhancements Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate processes via APIs or integration protocols. Partner with the Salesforce Administrator on system configuration enhancements that rely on external data or integration dependencies. Participate in integration and system upgrade planning, sandbox testing, and release management. Project Support & Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand CRM-related needs and translate them into scalable integration requirements. Provide technical input for CRM project planning, including scoping, effort estimation, and deployment planning. Act as a liaison with external vendors and technical partners to ensure integration compatibility and long-term supportability. Salesforce Administration & Optimization Maintain and enhance Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and reports. Support users with day-to-day issues, requests, and training as needed. Documentation & Best Practices Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration logic, data mappings, sync schedules, and configuration changes. Define and promote best practices for integration management, CRM data flows, and automation standards. Team Collaboration & Culture Support the enterprise CRM strategy by aligning with internal teams and reinforcing user adoption efforts. Attend relevant Sales and Marketing meetings to stay connected to evolving business needs. Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented approach in alignment with MH Equipment's core values and cultural pillars. Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress, and preparation. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience with Salesforce development and cross-platform CRM integration. Salesforce development experience required with goal of achieving developer certification. Ability to write Apex code and Apex code coverage tests. Demonstrated experience with integration/ETL tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar), familiarity with HubSpot is a plus. Strong understanding of API protocols, data transformation logic, and CRM data models. Experience managing structured data workflows, data cleansing, and governance strategies. Expertise in data integration and data management methods and tools. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Self-starter with strong time management and collaboration skills. Proficient computer skills, particularly MS Office and advanced Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Great interpersonal skills - Displays honesty, ethics, and integrity at all times. Able to meet the physical requirements of the job. This position requires reporting onsite daily to the branch. Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally.
