We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who wants to be part of a dynamic Salesforce Support team. Our Salesforce team seeks to improve the current instance by designing and building out new features with both declarative and code-based solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in declarative flow development as an Admin and has added to their knowledge with code-based experience. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and Salesforce teams to enhance automation, improve customer segmentation, and drive data-driven marketing initiatives.

Your Impact:
Administer and support Salesforce including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, advanced workflow/process builders, and custom objects.
Document and develop project plans, requirements, and any other required technical documentation for projects and initiatives of various sizes that involve Salesforce.
Work cross-functionally with various business teams and other stakeholders.
Track and appropriately communicate expectations internally.
Support and manage existing integrations, as well as support new line of business integrations, including third party systems including company ERP, CTI connectors, connected applications, etc.
Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality, workflows, etc.
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect and Data Cloud integrations.
Strong Analytical Capabilities - Data Driven decision making with strong results orientation.

Position Summary
The Systems Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Support Services, you will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. You will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Tier 3 Support & General Administration (40%):
Provides tier 3 support for complex technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
Researches and resolves problems related to company software, hardware, or network while maintaining system integrity and security.
Clarifies and properly documents all changes in ITSM tool in accordance with corporate change management policies and programs.
Optimization & Training (40%):
Assigned as SME to various applications, including Active Directory, Endpoint Protection systems, Office 365, financial applications, and call center applications.
Develops performance standards and trains users to ensure systems are maintained effectively.
Manages workstation and software patching to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
Technical Lead on Projects (20%):
Leads technical aspects of projects by collaborating with internal organizations, analyzing operations, determining project scope, documenting results, costs, and preparing and maintaining vendor contracts.
Develops solutions by assessing requirements, studying system capabilities, analyzing, and recommending alternative solutions, preparing roll-out plans of new technology.
Identifies and implements cost-saving improvements.
Provides and develops end-user support, training, and training materials to various internal organizations on systems use.
Key Competencies
Technical Expertise - Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, Mac), networks, Active Directory, VPNs, cloud services (Microsoft Azure), and endpoint protection. Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Strong organizational and time management skills -Ability to work independently and multi-task / managing multiple efforts (or systems) simultaneously.
Strong communication and customer-service mindset with a focus on helping end users feel supported and confident using technology.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills - Ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues (Tier 3 support), assess system requirements, and recommend effective solutions.
Security & Compliance Awareness - Ensuring systems are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with organizational standards, including patching, software updates, and mobile device management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management or equivalent.
Three (3) years of professional experience in System Administration and/or IT Support or related work experience.
Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft (and MAC) operating systems, including installing and maintaining both physical hardware and cloud applications.
Strong knowledge of networks, Active Directory, VPN, and Microsoft Azure.
Experience managing mobile devices such as Windows 10 and iOS utilizing Microsoft Intune or other Mobile Device Management solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Manage Engine Endpoint Central or understanding image creation, security patch deployment and software packaging.

What you will do
Under general supervision of the Licensing Administration Manager for Johnson Controls, this position is responsible for providing administrative and licensing compliance support to the Johnson Controls business entities and ensuring that all locations are compliant with licensing agencies' requirements.
This position will complete state and local contractor and business licensing applications, correspond with governmental agencies and coordinate with other internal departments. In addition, this position will research rules and regulations to ensure licensing compliance.

By supporting the Operations Department and also supporting Legal Counsel as needed.
Manages application process from completion to issuance of all state, county and city contractor and business licenses.
Interprets various state, local, county regulations/codes for license compliance and monitors for changes /revisions to regulations/codes impacting contractor licensure. Reviews rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
Supports the leadership team and business managers with addressing proper licensing compliance and troubleshoots with agencies over licensing compliance concerns.
Serves as the point of contact between the company and governing licensing agencies and regulators.
Supports the business with vendor registrations and requirements involving licensing.
Supports special company projects when requested.
Coordinates and secures bonds, insurance certifications, personal information of individuals for qualifier's licenses, W9s, license fees, background checks and fingerprints of individual license holders and officers of company required for licensing.
Corresponds with Accounts Payable team for check requests.
