    The State of Michigan is looking for two resources to support Rhapsody Health Development and Operations activities. One position being for more Development focused and one that is more Operational/Admin focused. Both roles are supporting the same team, and have the same skill requirements; but each just has slightly different day-to-day responsibilities. This position is for Software Solution Architect who will support and complete the tasks necessary to design and implement a methodology to enable the MDHHS Health Services ESB to track the transmission of messages and provide additional related services supporting the interfaces for systems connecting to the Data Hub. Admin will work under the direction of DTMB Customer Services, MDHHS and DTMB cross matrix teams to support and complete the tasks necessary for the MDHHS Enterprise ISA technical team. The resource is integral to supporting and improving MDHHS automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, SEM/SUITE compliance, and securing the applications. As a team member, the resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects. The resource will also provide application oversight to business analysts and to other teams integrating with Health Enterprise Service Bus (HESB). Not having a System administrator on staff will delay ongoing and future project work within the area and lead to DTMB inability to deliver on prioritized enhancements and maintenance from HESB to all major applications like MDSS , EDRS , my HB/my HP ,MCIR , MiHIN, MPHI etc. Position Summary: Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Responsible for developing solutions for new use cases Develop Interfaces based on the business requirements and specifications Create technical requirements and system design based on the business requirements Develop custom filters as required using Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) Create mappers, mapper definitions using EDI message designer Write JavaScript code with on Rhapsody using JavaScript(v1) and JavaScript (v2) filters Develop API calls for SOAP, REST and web service calls.
