In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Administer Bladelogic TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA), Bladelogic TrueSight Reporting Console (TSSR), Bladelogic TrueSight Server Orchestration (TSO), and Bladelogic TrueSight Server Automation Console (TSAC) tools.
* Deploy and integrate the TSSA, TSSR, TSO, and TSAC Bladelogic platform components.
* Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the bladelogic TSSA system to ensure accuracy and high availability.
* Manage, control, and enforce configuration changes in the datacenter.
* Automate end-to-end tasks, such as virtual machine creation, snapshot creation, and application build-out.
* Run network shell (NSH) commands or pre-existing scripts across multiple platforms.
* Develop and maintain NSH scripts and other packaging standards.
* Execute job qualification checks by setting the number of targeted servers to improve deployment quality and reliability.
* Capture gold master images and apply them to other servers.
* Support and lead enterprise systems management.
* Drive corporate innovation via orchestration and automation supporting enterprise Evergreen and vulnerability remediation requirements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 8 - 10 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
* BMC Bladelogic toolset administrator expertise, including scaling physical, virtual, and public cloud infrastructure environments, security and access management, and application release management.
* NSH scripting knowledge.

The Administrator role at Everstory is a vital part of the location team and is multi-faceted with the ability to learn multiple parts of the business while supporting our customers and team members. In this position, no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for creating a customer focused environment with every interaction you have through answering phones, scheduling appointments, helping on-board team members and assisting your locations leadership team. Contract processing and quality control, including verification that all contracts are valid before entry.
Banking duties: cash receipt entry, deposit slips, credit card transactions and bank deposits. May include trips to the bank for actual cash deposits.
Cemetery daily processing of IOA's (Interment Order and Authorization), following the company standards and policies.
File maintenance and record keeping: update customer files including all new sales and burials. Scan all documentations as required. Maintain Records of all memos, e-mails, corporate policies, and programs implemented.
Human Resources: coordinate onboarding responsibilities as needed.
Accounts Payable: Insure all bills are paid promptly. Process all purchases and invoices through the current system.
Accounts Receivable: Collection of past and present balance amounts due for any delinquent location customer contracts.
Deeds and Certificates: Provide deeds and certificates to Sales Management each week. Log and process according to your location and or state guidelines. Trust Certificates: Check for accuracy, compare to contracts, sign and place in custom file return (email) to the Home Office Trust Department.
Work and Memorial Orders - Order Memorials when PIF (Paid in Full). Manage work orders for Park Services.
