Overview
**Energy Mgmt Sys Admin I:** This position provides basic to advanced level technical support for microprocessor based industrial control systems, applications, and technologies in a Microsoft and Linux operating system environment for PPL's Transmission Operations Energy Management System (EMS). The EMS system provides Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) for the company's Industrial Control assets in the delivery and management of electric power. The position is responsible for EMS System maintenance, support, troubleshooting, security and compliance with regulatory standards, project work, and 24 x 7 x 365 on-call support. The EMS system environment is a high-availability configuration with complex technology configurations of servers, networks, and security devices and is both a mission critical and highly regulated area of the business.

Infrastructure & Systems Management

team player seeking to join our growing firm. The Administrative Assistant's role is a valued position within our team, where the associate will support two senior advisors in their day-to-day operations, enhancing the advisor's role, client success, and firm's growth.
How will you help support our clients and practice?
- Work directly with our team of experienced Financial Advisors
- Manage client information database system
- Perform work tasks, follow-ups, and workflows with a high attention to detail, with the ability to reliably ensure complete accuracy of data and documents.
- Act as point of contact and coordinator between advisor(s), clients, team members and industry partners
- Preparing client letters and other written communication as requested
- Interfacing with the compliance officer and practicing compliance.
- Assistance with the management of the advisor's calendars and emails
- Schedule client financial planning meetings, reviews, investment meetings, and engagements outside the office according to the service model
- Approach all scenarios with a “how can I help improve this” mindset
- Consistently seek to enhance existing processes to reduce friction and provide a “Wow!” client experience with every interaction

Experience Preferred
-Associate or bachelor's college degree preferred. Not required.
- Prior personal, administrative, or executive assistant experience, preferred but not required
- Prior investment or insurance industry experience would be helpful, but not necessary
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Dedication to detail and accuracy
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
- Industry Technology Platform Experience - eMoney, Wealthscape, Envestnet, EZapp
- Familiarity with CRM software or client database management
Schedule requirements
-Full-time position
-Monday to Friday; daytime and in-person position in our Horsham, PA office
