Systems Administrator Duties and Responsibilities: * Manages and administers desktop, server, and network software / hardware (switches, firewalls, servers, desktop, printers, etc.). * Manages and administers Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and other Office 365 systems (i.e. Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). * Provides technical support to end-users through the helpdesk and phone calls. * Installs software for users and / or business systems. * Assists in the monitoring of backups, network availability and overall system health. * Assists with recommendations for hardware and software purchases. * Acts as a backup for any disaster recovery related procedures. * Acts as a backup for any ERP system related administrative tasks. * Creates and maintains system and network documentation. * Performs all other duties as assigned.
