RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee and manage all aspects of physical security across the Bank's branch network. * Develop, implement, and update security policies, procedures, and protocols to reduce security risks. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure security systems (alarms, surveillance cameras, access controls, etc.) are operational and effective. * Investigate and document all security incidents or breaches, and recommend corrective actions. * Provide ongoing training and education to employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and workplace security awareness. * Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related issues, both internally and with law enforcement or emergency response teams. * Lead the Bank's response to emergencies involving security threats, including lockdowns, evacuations, or law enforcement involvement. * Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Compliance, and other departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage. * Maintain awareness of evolving threats, including fraud, theft, and physical violence, and adapt procedures accordingly.
