What We're Looking For: Education: * High school diploma/GED. Work Experience: * At least 1 year experience in military, law enforcement or security * OR 2 years of nuclear industry experience where work is performed within the Protected Area. Other Requirements: * Must meet 21 years of age minimum requirement in accordance with State Security Guard Licensing for Armed Officers and 10CFR73, App B requirements. * Must meet all assigned requirements of the Cook Nuclear Plant's Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, approved site procedures and/or State requirements. * Must pass medical and psychological exam, and pass a physical agility test. * Work safely in a nuclear, industrial and radiological environment. * Must meet the general criteria for security personnel as outlined in 10CFR, Part 73, Appendix B as specified in the Cook Nuclear Plant Security Plan and Training and Qualification Plan. * Report to work for various shifts, days of the week, weekends, holidays, various hours and be available on short notice.
