Job Description Site Security Coordinator (SSC) Clearance: ACTIVE Top-Secret The SSC positions will be established for projects where a SSM is not available to assist the cognizant officer with post managed projects. The SSC will assist the DoS officials, coordinate security and other requirements with the key project officials and provide reports back to Security Operations in Washington DC. This position requires exceptional administrative skills such as proficiency with computers, multi-tasking, and an overall understanding of the Security Management Program. Duties and Responsibilities: The SSC will be required to maintain a detailed, daily log of numerous construction activities and render a written report to the Regional Security Officer and Washington DC Desk Officer for review. Campus Safety Officers are responsible to the Director of Campus Safety through the command structure for the protection of life and property on the McDaniel College campus. The Campus Safety Officer serves as the first point of contact for community members and visitors accessing Goucher's campus.
