Qualifications
Education & Training: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Active BLS certification is required within 90-days of hire. Must be able to achieve Maryland State Police approval and obtain Maryland Security Guard Card within 90 days of hire. Current Maryland Security Guard Card preferred.
Work Orientation & Experience: One (1) year of related experience (military, security, law enforcement, etc.) is preferred.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret security reports. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in a variety of situations. Must be able to interpret a range of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form. Must be able to work well under pressure during emergency situations. Must possess outstanding service excellence skills. Must be able to intervene with physically aggressive individuals.
