Under limited supervision, the Security Officer provides access control as a core function to ensure the safety and security of areas within the P&G plant, administrative building, and offsite warehouse. Excellent customer service is required for this position, with the responsibility to greet and check-in visitors and interact daily with the public, employees, and the client leadership team. This position performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the client at the P&G plant to include security and protection of work site(s), personnel and assets. The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store.
