+ Background or hobbies in fluid power, mechanics, industrial equipment, automotive, or agricultural equipment.
+ Experience with large assemblies, weldment, machine, and routing design is preferred.
+ Willingness to learn and good communication skills.
+ Action-oriented mindset.
+ Application-level experience is prioritized over CAD package experience.
Work Environment
You will be part of a dynamic Engineering Department consisting of 75 people, including 4 Engineers and 3 Designers. The team is currently working off-site, but there is an option to work on-site if preferred. The position is open due to an internal move and offers a chance to support both mechanical and electrical teams. The facility is brand new, providing modern amenities and an innovative work atmosphere.
