A service attendant is an employee who is employed to provide general maintenance services and maintain the cleanliness of the upkeep of the premises. Service attendants must support sales associates in a store as well as provide excellent quality services to guests and customers. They receive new merchandise from vendors while maintaining inventory controls of this new merchandise.
