Your key responsibilities
Depending on your unique skills and ambitions, you could be managing various responsibilities, from technical planning and advising of clients that include private entities (including C-Corp, S-Corp and Partnerships) as well as high-profile individuals. Experience with flow through entities (S-Corps, Partnerships, LLC's)
Experience with C-Corps including income tax provisions and consolidated federal and state tax returns
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, and the confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds
A thorough understanding of automated tax processing systems and laws within your area of technical professionalism
Experience managing budgets and projects
Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $132,100 to $301,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $158,500 to $342,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

2. Hire and train new staff and develop staff to maximize potential.

Assist direct reporting staff to address and resolve concerns or complaints involving job duties and job descriptions, performance standards, relations with coworkers, relations with supervisors and managers.

Vendor Management
Complete administrative tasks associated with community operations as it relates to outside vendors, communication telecom and IT systems:
1. Manage vendor keys according to UDR's policies and procedures.
2. Source new vendors as needed in order to maintain community appearance and resident services.
3. Maintain community telecom and computer equipment, while serving as a partner to IT to troubleshoot system issues and test systems.
Administrative
Manage and complete a variety of tasks which range from simple to complex; all of which are associated with driving and supporting community operations:
1. Prepare, communicate and deliver all resident specific and community letters and notifications, legal notifications, in addition to the management of the new resident move-in process, documentation and the issuance of all community keys, fobs, remotes, parking permits and parking assignments.
2. Review, monitor, administrate and sign leases as required and needed.
3. Enforce all policies and procedures. Maintain compliance related to lease agreements including the review and authorization of all leases and ensuring community records (leases, addenda, reports, etc.) are maintained in accordance with stated legal requirements Company policies and/or procedures.
4. Plan and manage all community events.
5. Manage and maintain exemplary community website, social media campaigns, outreach marketing efforts for the community to drive occupancy and increase visibility, including PeerSpace, Craigslist, etc.
6. Maintain acceptable NPS scores and facilitate Reputation Management Process.
7. Utilize the Sugar CRM to effectively manage resident relations, service requests and resident communications.
8. Smart Rent Management and Package and Parcel Management.
9. Manage key policy and process by providing keys to residents or contractors and documenting in accordance with the "Key Policy".
10. Investigate, address and resolve all community and resident issues, disturbances, complaints and any crime-related activities/inquiries, including the dispatch for patrol services. Complete incident report for Risk Management as needed.
11. Serve as organizational representative along with the Business Manager for court appearances regarding non-payment and/or other legal action taken, small claims and UD hearings as necessary or required.
12. Oversee inventory and replenishment of community office supplies and refreshments for office, residents and guests.
13. Develop and maintain emergency action procedures for the properties.
14. Work closely with the Centralized Admin, Centralized Sales and Renewal teams to ensure leasing and renewal goals are met.
15. Ensure leadership style creates a productive, motivated, informed, inspired, engaged and goal-oriented team.

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate total premium operations to include duties such as booking events, supervising teams, developing, selecting, and costing menus, pricing, hiring, and departmental administration
Be responsible for all aspects of preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple premium operations

About The Role:
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time position and is hourly based upon needs of the business. The Assistant Manager is a key holder for the store and serves as the manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager, or when demand requires it. Responsibilities:
Schedule guest appointments for the most effective optimization of technician abilities in the efficient and timely completion of vehicle services/repairs
Help achieve Monro's sales goals by properly informing and recommending tire and service products and sales promotions.
Attend to all guest needs in areas of sales, service, complaints, and adjustments.
Build guest relationships to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Assist technicians in conveying repair and service needs to guests.
Ensure the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.
Assist with inventory management to include the oversight of pulling of tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.
Provide direction and oversight to other technicians and assist where needed with services/repairs.
Assist in organizing the store's workflow to ensure that technician skill levels are utilized efficiently for completing vehicle services/repairs effectively and timely in accordance with Monro standards of operation.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
