    Maintenance Support Technician Helper Status: Non -Exempt Reports to: Building Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Support Technician Helper is responsible for supporting facilities operations and assisting with repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. Maintenance Support Technician Helper will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around the facilities; however, this position main role is to support GGC's additional maintenance staff with the knowledge base of GGC's facilities and training maintenance staff in the operations of the facilities. This position is also limited to approved operations times and when other maintenance staff personnel are on duty. This position will not be required, nor should they be on property by themselves. If after hours support is required, phone support to maintenance staff is preferred.
