Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, test, maintain, and repair gas lines, gas appliances, and related equipment.
Check for gas leaks and troubleshoot problems related to gas appliances and equipment.
Ensure that gas installations comply with building codes and safety regulations.
Provide recommendations to customers regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of gas equipment and appliances.

Qualifications:

Must be able to climb ladders, pull cables, and work in confined and high spaces.
Needs to be skilled in working with up to 1-inch conduit (laying out, cutting, and bending).
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical specifications.
Must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade to perform the normal work of the classifications.
Must meet and maintain company physical and security requirements, including respirator qualification, and clearance eligibility when required.

Respond to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
Clean, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and service equipment used in the performance of duties.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of Locksmith Experience.
Required to possess, or obtain within one month of hire, certification to service and maintain GSA containers and locking devices.
Hands-on experience in commercial, institutional, or government locksmithing, including installation, maintenance, and repair of locks, door hardware, and access control systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and key schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Service and repair HVAC systems: Analyze system issues and identify appropriate repair courses of action; prepare written work cost estimates and customer recommendations. Maintain truck inventory. Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Complete diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC Systems, checking the layout of existing HVAC devices and units to plan work procedures properly.
