    Day Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer, the Industrial Maintenance Tech will be responsible for shift support for all electrical/mechanical problems that might arise with equipment/facilities as well as completing all predictive and preventative maintenance work. This position would also be responsible for all machine management and maintenance across the fabrication department and would lead special projects to both equipment/facilities and systems development. Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains a variety of production machinery and equipment including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and parts. Installs, modifies, and relocates machinery and equipment and performs fabrication, welding, mechanical, electrical, electronics, plumbing, carpentry, or other maintenance skills. Repairs and modifies buildings and plant systems as required. Troubleshooting and repair of components such as rolls, shafts, bearings, drive belts, drive chains and gear boxes utilizing basic mechanics hand and power tools Troubleshooting and repair of pumps, valves, and piping systems to include installation of coper pipes or PVC pipes. Reads and interprets manuals, schematics, blueprints, drawings, and other written installation and repair instructions Identify and complete predictive and preventative maintenance work and weekly mechanical press inspections Machinery includes NC Turret Presses, Waterjet, Press Brakes, Routers, Welders, Drill Presses, and hand power tools. Manage backlog of work orders. Maintain Maintenance Area tools and equipment. Maintain and organize all toolboxes, workspaces, and maintenance specific equipment. Perform other duties as required to maintain or improve plant reliability. Conduct daily safety risk assessments on routine and non-routine job tasks. Lead systems development work such as standard work, training, and housekeeping initiatives throughout the plant.
