What you will do The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for properly receiving materials and products from our suppliers and distributing within the location in a timely and accurate manner. This position is also responsible for shipping the correct product to the customer in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations. Properly prepares load plans to ensure loads fit on trailers; loads trailers/trucks in a safe manner and within legal limits. Coordinates with customer service, scheduling, and transportation to generate superior customer service. Works with the leadership team to prioritize deliveries. Ability to recognize errors and problems with delivered materials; escalates unresolved issues with a focus to ensure inventory accuracy and receipt of goods as appropriate.
