Your Role: As a key member of the warehouse team, the Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods into and out of the facility. This role requires a combination of administrative, organizational, and physical skills. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will work cross functionally with other departments within the organization, as well as with outside vendors, carriers, and customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Prepare, package, and label products for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
· Receive, inspect, and record all incoming shipments with precision.
· Create product packing lists and shipping documents from ERP system.
· Choose appropriate packaging for product based on customer requirement.
· Check orders for accuracy before packaging and shipment.
· Arrange transportation services as requested by customer, or determine most cost-effective method of transportation when customer preference is not provided

What You Need to Succeed:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· 1-2 years of respective ERP system experience.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, the Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk, is responsible for verifying, documenting, and coordinating the receipt and shipment of project materials. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will support all phases of inventory, coordinating the efficient and controlled flow of materials to and from delivering carriers, laboratory storage, and short-term working stock. What you'll be doing:
Collect all deliveries from the loading bay, log, QC, receipt in, store, and distribute as required.

Ensure accurate data entry.
Analyze reports to drive process improvements.

Maintain close links with study PMs and Set Up managers to ensure stock items used in studies adhere to short-dated procedures and advise on any material shortages.
Liaise with internal customers, suppliers, and the Purchasing and Finance departments on all stock-related issues, such as price variances, non-receipts of goods, supplier issues, item documentation such as MSDS, and any certificates that might be requested.
