Effective communicate between office personnel and loading staff.
Enter all data for outbound trucks in DAX and in the calendar for the current day.
Must have two people check over the paperwork and IPAD on each outbound load.
Email out about missing trucks scheduled twice a day. (Morning/Afternoon)
Email list of all container's on site daily.(Before 10am)
Make sure there is a new guest sign in sheet at the start of each day.
Everyone is responsible for outbound/incoming trucks.(Team Work)
Trucks not arriving on time or having to wait for the COA needs to be documented on the calendar and in the error report.(Date Time and Initialed)
Professional phone etiquette.
Assign lot numbers and print tags and seals as requested. (Before End Of Shift)
Move loads that didn't ship on calendar to the current week.
Responsible for good housekeeping practices in the office area.
Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Completion of Qualification Card/s for designated area and/or other job position/s that may be assigned.
