Leslie Stretch joined the Board of Directors in February of 2021. Mr. Stretch, who has had a storied career leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations, is currently president and chief executive officer at customer experience (CX) management leader, Medallia, which he took public in 2019. Mr. Stretch joined Medallia in 2018 and guided the company to a successful IPO in July 2019. Gary Kovacs (born 1963 or 1964) is a San Francisco Bay Area technologist. He was the chief executive officer of AVG Technologies. Kovacs has worked for Mozilla Corporation, Adobe, SAP, and IBM, and led Zi Corporation, a mobile text messaging company.

With proven leadership in scaling and growing enterprise software businesses on a global basis, Razat most recently served as CEO of LLamasoft. His experience also includes Chief Revenue Officer at JDA Software, as well as leadership roles at i2 Technologies and Ernst & Young (EY). He has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
