They are flexible with your schedule if needed

Cons of working at Spectrum Healthcare Resources

The pay is terrible. These rates listed here are a lie. They are a cheap company that makes the employees feel like a dime a dozen.. the turnover rate is insane because no one can really afford to work here and keep financially stable let alone sane enough to keep up with the workload they pile on. Not to mention how expensive benefits are here, they are not competitive at all.
