Job Requirements: Social Worker with current unrestricted license in the state of MN (LSW, LISW, LICSW). Experience with MNChoices/MN Choices Certified Assessor is required. Minimum of two years of clinical experience required, one year of experience working with case managers or in case management is preferred. Ability to read and interpret insurance benefits and experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, etc. Working knowledge of internet based resources and strong background in customer service and care delivery. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, along with excellent oral/written/interpersonal communication skills. Problem solving skills. Ability to function independently and adapt to change, perform critical analysis, plan, organize and evaluate effectively. Maintain a valid driver's license for minimal travel.
