RECEIVER: Receiver working at the Grocery 'Vendor Door', trained to operate the D.S.D. computer system, and responsible for checking-in vendor merchandise as it enters the store. This person's primary duties include working with the vendor, proofing the order, checking/preparing the invoice, confirming case or unit counts, performing price maintenance, recording damaged merchandise, handling returns, housekeeping in the receiving area, and organizing stock in the backroom.
