What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills: A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail. At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems. Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama). What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs. Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products. Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty. Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts. Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity. Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing. Perform additional duties as needed. General Job Responsibilities: Perform mobile specimen collections for clients. Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records. Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean. Interview patients to obtain medical information, and measure their vital signs, weight, and height. Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies. Show patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the provider. Collect blood, tissue, or other laboratory specimens, log the specimens, and prepare them for testing. Act as a professional and knowledgeable representative of Universal Screen Maintain client's records. Inventory medical supplies or instruments. Assure literature and samples are kept stocked and organized.
