Electrical Project Superintendent Essential Duties: * Lead and inspire Craft Superintendents, General Foreman, Foreman for excellent results in safety and performance. * Manage contract deliverables. * Attend all customer meetings with project updates and work to remove any obstacles that may impede project excellence. * Review and work collaboratively for any change orders. * Collaborate with all levels within the organization on project completion and turnover. * Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and in accordance with crew-mix and composite rate. * Maintain project schedule related to manpower, materials, and plan for contingencies. * Champion company values and ethics and help to develop future leaders in a meritocracy-based region. Qualifications: * At least 15 years of heavy industrial experience with 8-years as a Craft Superintendent or above. * Must have knowledge of electrical licensing requirements. * Completion of Engineering or Construction Management program is preferred. NCCER certifications are preferred (NCCER Plus). * OSHA-30 or the ability to complete OSHA-30 upon selection. * Technical knowledge of O365/SharePoint and other planning construction software. * Strong experience in Safety, Leadership, Mobilization, Negotiation, Planning and Contract Administration. Physical/Site Requirements: * Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds. * Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas.
