Project Manager/Estimator Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial concrete and/or masonry estimating and project management; residential or general construction PM backgrounds may be considered if backed by strong technical skills and the right mindset.
Strong understanding of concrete and masonry scopes, materials, techniques, and cost structures; excavating knowledge is a plus but not required.
Proficient in estimating and project management tools such as PlanSwift, Procore, and Procontractor; able to manage multiple ongoing bids and projects with minimal hand-holding.
Self-starter who can “grab the bull by the horns,” adapt quickly, and contribute meaningfully in a small team environment; flexible hours, with autonomy in schedule based on results.
