Position Summary:
The Landscape Superintendent will have the responsibility to lead and support the operations of the Landscape Department. Specifically, creating, designing, installing, and maintaining aesthetically pleasing landscapes around the Clubhouse, Tennis Facility, Pool area, and on the Golf Course. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for providing clear direction, delegation, and assistance to a crew of landscape workers to accomplish their daily tasks and short- and long-term projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of hands-on experience with a trade skill falling in one of the following categories: welding, tubing, vertical building, integration, machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment operation

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to oversee your projects and make sure it is completed properly. Work directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, project coordinators, sub-contractors, technicians and many others during each project. This position involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

Handle correspondence with insurance providers and property owners.
Follow all program and TPA guidelines.
Coordinate all Tradesmen.
Review all estimates pertaining to the restoration portion of the assigned jobs.
Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings and Net Promoter Score.
Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting and review meetings.
Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Build partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
Participate in the collections process.
Work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
Follow the Project Manager on-call rotation.
Maintains a Compliance Score of 75+.
Maintains a NPS of 65+.
Maintains Gross Margins of 45%+.

Position Summary:
To Manage the Schedule, Scope, and Budget of assigned Capital & Expense Construction Projects. Coordinate and Direct General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Municipalities, and authorities having jurisdiction, from project permitting to completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Review Plans: The CPM will be responsible for interpreting various Architectural and Engineered drawings for accuracy and conformance to standards. The CPM must be able to document and recommend corrections as needed.
2. Expedite Permits: The CFI-PM must research and investigate current requirements to secure all necessary building, trade, and construction permits for each project assigned, coordinate or initiate the application process for these permits, and track the release of all permits until all are received.
3. Utility Coordination: The CPM must identify all utility requirements for each project including: locations, permits, easements, and required construction methods. Once a scope for each utility is identified the CPM must coordinate all the appropriate paperwork and methods to complete the installation of each utility as it pertains to a particular project.
4. Project Management: The CPM must ensure compliance with construction schedules; Quality of work performed in conformance with the plans, and maintains control of costs within authorized budgets.
5. Responsible for the supervising and reviewing and accepting all work performed by the GCs including change orders as a job progresses. Responsible for assisting the Construction Purchasing Manager in preparing the "Take-Off" or "Equipment" list and ordering the correct equipment needed for a project

Position Summary:
The Landscape Superintendent will have the responsibility to lead and support the operations of the Landscape Department. Specifically, creating, designing, installing, and maintaining aesthetically pleasing landscapes around the Clubhouse, Tennis Facility, Pool area, and on the Golf Course.
