Process New Account submissions and Re-activations including Doctor adds, report delivery setup, and Web Result Review; monitor accounts monthly to ensure all information is up to date.
Obtain and research Medical Record requests and follow up with the appropriate department; assist with all denials and pre-authorization and obtain any information that is needed.
Act as a liaison between patients and billing for all oncology patient bill concerns.
Support all hospitals, affiliated or non-affiliated.
Schedule all customer pickups via FedEx or Transportation, document pickups in all systems, and notify the lab of incoming samples; follow up to ensure that all samples are received.
Order supplies for customers or internal staff when needed
Set up Physician to Physician calls as needed.
Support PathGroup's mission, vision, goals and management decisions.
Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all Corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Tech Specialist II within our North American Fuel division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB This is the third of three levels in the Accounting Support series. Incumbents perform accounting support duties requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures and accounting systems. Responsibilities may include reconciling general ledger and subledger accounts; preparing, reviewing, and correcting accounting reports; posting debits and credits to the correct accounts; monitoring assigned budgets; ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to; and performing the duties of the lower levels.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
* Processes and documents transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, tracks budget accounts and expenses, reconciles general ledger and subledger accounts; reconciles accounts and researches discrepancies; posts debits and credits to accounts; and performs related duties.
* Monitors assigned budgets which includes preparing cost estimates for budget recommendations, monitoring expenditures, and maintaining records.
* Receives, processes, and/or prepares a variety of receipts, invoices, statements, payments, transactions, budget changes, and/or other related information; maintains files and records.
* Provides excellent customer service over the phone and in person to those visiting assigned area.
* Prepares, reviews, and collects financial statements and/or statistical, accounting, or operational reports, and spreadsheets.
* Opens and prepares batches of mail for processing.
* May review the work of lower-level staff; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Physical Requirements

Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings
Professional Development
Engage in ongoing training to strengthen skills in peer support, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Must complete a Kentucky-approved Peer Support Specialist (PSS) Certification and pass the certification exam within six (6) months of hire, in accordance with 908 KAR 2:220
Lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use challenges
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including alternate hours as the program may require
Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
Preferred Qualifications
