Partner with the Member Services team to identify Member engagement opportunities, special occasions, and assist with mishaps and complaints Primary Responsibilities as a Stew Onboard: Assist Captain in creating an excellent on board experience for all Members and their guests both on and off the yachts Welcome Members on board, assist with their belongings/bags, and discuss itinerary and timing for trip activities Provide food and beverage service to Members & keep the vessel neat and clean Host and entertain the Members and their guests Possess a high level of knowledge of our cruising areas, and be able to discuss with Members and guests Assist Captain with keeping watch during tubing, swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and fishing activities Assist Captain with cleaning vessel post outing. Required Skills & Abilities: Must have reliable transportation for use during work day, eligible for mileage reimbursement Evening, weekend and holiday availability required Strong communication & organizational skills, energetic, and personable Ability to work on a team and independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, critical thinker and problem solver.
