The Advertising Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep to first-class standards of the installed advertising program at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. The Technician will provide general maintenance and cleaning of all fixtures and/or displays as required to maintain them in "as new" condition. Work hours are flexible, some weekend work might be needed. This role requires a clean and clear background. You will be required to obtain a TSA issued airport badge. Approximately 8-10 hours per week. Weekly Requirements: Visually inspect all display properties for fixture condition, advertisement condition, display case interior product (if applicable), and correct placement. Visually inspect all digital assets in program to ensure they are on and advertising content is showing. Check and restock all literature associated with advertisement contract, and report when inventory is low (if applicable). Visually inspect all fixtures during walkthrough. Replace light bulbs/ LEDs in displays as needed (if applicable). Visually inspect all components of all car/boat/specialty displays (if applicable). Periodic Requirements: Provide the following work on an as needed basis or as otherwise stated below: Receive material shipments for installation at the airport. Install graphic material within 48 hours of receipt. Coordinate and oversee all car/boat/specialty display placements as needed. Update advertisement placement map upon new advertisement installations. Coordinate with appropriate Airport personnel as required. Perform walkthrough of Airport with designated Airport personnel at least once every month or more often as requested by Airport personnel. Ensure all timing on digital equipment is accurate.
