We seek Tax Return Processing Center (TRPC) Team Members for the upcoming tax season. These positions run from mid-February 2026 through early April 2026. (min. 25 hrs. a week).
We provide team members with professional development that includes a two-day off-site classroom training on the preparation of individual tax returns and two to three days of in-house training on software systems and preparation procedures. In addition, you will receive a tax preparation manual with supporting processes and memos, and have access to an experienced TRPC team member while completing assigned tasks.
Team members will also learn from partners and other experienced tax personnel. Each TRPC team member has a direct supervisor who will work with them on the preparation process and checking of returns. The supervisor will provide preparers with continuous training through feedback on each return prepared. With experience, TRPC staff will have direct contact with clients.
