· Sweep and squeegee floors
· Carries out the day-to-day cleaning and duties of the sanitation department in a timely manner.
· Comply with GMP and Food safety guidelines, identify and report food safety and food quality issues
· Work within a cold and wet environment and wear special company provided company gear always.
· Cleaning and sanitizing condiment manufacturing equipment as required.
· Operating cleaning equipment such as the tote washer, floor scrubber and high-pressure cleaning devices.
· Disassemble/ Reassemble processing equipment in a timely manner.
