About the Role: As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will provide support and technical assistance to users for issues related to a variety of software applications while meeting defined service level expectations. This job is part of the Financial Systems function, responsible for ensuring accounting systems operate effectively. What You'll Do: Respond to requests for assistance with a variety of accounting software packages. Document issues, resolutions, or other actions using the incident management system.
