We are building a next-generation mobile product with embedded intelligence capabilities, and we're seeking a Systems Analyst/Software Engineer to own the technical coordination and validation layer that enables our software engineers to focus on feature development. In this strategic role, you will architect and manage the technical infrastructure, data flows, and third-party integrations that power our platform-validating schemas, coordinating data pipelines, and removing technical roadblocks before they impact engineering velocity.
This is a greenfield opportunity to establish the technical coordination framework for an AI-enhanced mobile platform, ensuring seamless data flows across API layers, backend systems, and embedded intelligence capabilities.
What You'll Drive:
Validate and architect technical requirements across API, data, and mobile layers-ensuring specifications are technically sound before reaching software engineers
Own third-party vendor coordination, leading technical discussions to validate data flows, API contracts, and schema definitions for platform integrations
Establish and manage data pipeline validation, partnering with Data Engineers and Analytics teams to ensure data flows are properly configured and aligned with platform requirements
Drive technical stakeholder engagement, proactively identifying and resolving technical roadblocks across engineering, infrastructure, and external vendor teams
Architect technical documentation for system integrations, data schemas, and API specifications that enable engineering efficiency and maintain development velocity
What You Bring:
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in API architecture, data systems, and integration patterns
Deep understanding of data schemas, pipeline architecture, and validation methodologies with proven ability to coordinate Data Engineering and Analytics teams
Experience leading technical discussions with third-party vendors and external integration partners
Strong command of API contracts, RESTful services, and modern data exchange formats (JSON, XML, Protobuf)
Exceptional technical communication skills-capable of engaging deeply technical teams and external stakeholders
Track record of enabling engineering teams by proactively managing technical coordination and removing blockers

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Assist with research and technical documentation to ensure continued compliance with U.S. GAAP, including research and analysis of new accounting pronouncements
Analyze financial, technical accounting and operational impacts of non-routine transactions as required
Analyze and assist with the preparation and monitoring of accounting policies for business activities across the organization in compliance with U.S. GAAP
Assist with the preparation of financial reports filed with the SEC including Forms 10-Q, 10-K and quarterly earnings releases
Qualifications & Skills
Big 4 audit experience or public company financial reporting experience preferred
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX/internal controls, and public company financial statement preparation and disclosures
Advanced Excel skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Licensed CPA
3+ years of accounting/audit experience
Ability to research U.S. GAAP and summarize conclusions and applicability to the Company via a technical accounting memo
Ability to work within a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-national business environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
