Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00

The IT Project Analyst collaborates on and may lead pivotal projects such as a global ERP implementation, which may introduce additional manufacturing, engineering, product development, and IT initiatives. This role may require international travel, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage projects both onsite and remotely, ensuring successful project outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget. This role will require working with both internal and external sources to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Information Technology, or Business Administration.
1-3 Years of project management experience with a large global IT project preferred.
Competency with Office 365, SharePoint, Excel, and project management-oriented software and tools.
Basic understanding of ERP systems, business, manufacturing processes, and engineering practices.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of project plans that define scope, objectives, goals, timelines, and resource allocation for a global ERP implementation and other projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, promoting collaboration, and managing team dynamics effectively. Daily engagement with the project team is required.
Perform Business Analyst duties on projects assigned, including data entry, data formatting, and general IT Analyst duties.
Identify potential risks and proactively develop strategies for risk mitigation to ensure project success, particularly in international contexts.
Assist in the management and optimization of resource allocation and cost control to maximize efficiency.
Communicate transparently, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns or issues promptly to both internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate project KPIs to the guidance team.
Ensure project deliverables adhere to stringent quality standards and comply with company policies and industry best practices.
Assist in managing organizational changes associated with ERP implementations and other projects, including crafting training and communication plans.
Assists with developing and delivering training materials to help end-users transition to new technologies seamlessly.
Maintain precise project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement within manufacturing, engineering, and IT departments, initiating projects to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
