Ability to lead client, stakeholder, and user-facing discussions. Ability to define and document Business Analyst process definition, including best practices and continuous improvement of responsibilities. Experience meeting critical deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly to internal and external stakeholders.
