    The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the global recruiting team and own end-to-end recruiting activities for our manufacturing facilities in Greenfield and Noblesville, IN. The position will require using a variety of leading edge recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, recommend, and secure qualified candidates for open positions to ensure the achievement of company growth plans. This position will be responsible for recruiting on non-exempt level positions including Production Technicians, Material Handlers, Machine Operators, Panel Build Technicians and Welders. This position will work out of our Greenfield, IN facility for 2 days per week and out of our Carmel, IN (soon to be Noblesville, IN) facility the remainder of the week. Job Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment of non-exempt and entry-level roles, primarily manufacturing and assembly positions, including skilled assemblers, machinists, welders and other skilled trades. Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines, negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates. Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
