Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic recruiter who is eager to join a start-up and build a healthcare company from the ground-up. If you are passionate about finding and hiring exceptional people, then this may be the job for you! The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for hiring top-notch clinical and non-clinical employees for our PT locations across the US to ensure we are adequately staffed in order to meet the needs of our patients. They will partner with hiring managers in order to understand staffing needs, develop workforce planning initiatives, and develop strong pipelines to reduce time to fill for all positions.
Essential Functions
1. Identify hiring needs & quality candidates in partnership with hiring managers
2. Develop s and communication templates that will attract both active and passive candidates
3. Stay abreast of industry and innovative ways to attract top talent
4. Assist with development of recruitment strategies within each market to address recruiting challenges
5. Work with Marketing to increase company brand awareness among potential recruits and professional relationships
6. Develop best in class sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines.
7. Attends career fairs and other recruitment events
8. Review applicant pipeline and determine when sponsored ads are needed and manage sponsorship budget
9. Maintain accurate candidate electronic files and documentation
10. Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges & universities and diverse professional organizations.
11. Review results of background checks and communicate issues accordingly
12. Ensure that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations
13. Participates in special projects as needed

What We're Looking For
Experience & Education
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or a multi-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field - or equivalent experience
Experience recruiting for clinical roles required; experience recruiting for professional/corporate roles a plus
Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Train and support Talent Engagement Partners, as needed. Develop and update training materials.
Support the Talent Engagement Director with special projects and reports, including monthly Recruiting Statistics, Time to Hire/Fill, and HRIS reports, as requested.
Works independently and demonstrates strategic thinking.
Assist with the recruitment, selection and processing of well-qualified employees to fill vacant positions for assigned branches and/or departments. Consult with management on staffing requirements as needed.
Review applications, screen applicants, and conduct preliminary interviews. Ensure appropriate background investigations and references; make recommendations, and document appropriately.
Maintain and update the Recruiting function in HRIS as needed. May enter all new hire data in HRIS accurately and efficiently, including completion of I-9 and E-Verify.
Review updates to the HRIS Recruiting function and make implementation recommendations.
Coordinate internal job postings, transfers, and promotions for assigned branches and/or departments.
Support Talent Engagement Partners with new employee onboarding and orientation.
Assist management with developing employee development programs.
Communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations to employees and managers.
Develop and facilitate training on Human Resources topics, including new manager training and management meetings.
Ensure compliance with employment law including but not limited to: Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (ADAAA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Workers' Compensation and other related regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment and own the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring you are aware of where candidates are in the interview process for each of your positions at any given time.
You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all job descriptions are up to date prior to posting and conduct position intake meetings to understand the full scope of the position prior to posting and advertising.
You will work to attract applicants by placing compelling job advertisements on unique and niche job boards and sites and possess the ability to think outside of the box with “hard to fill” positions.
Review all incoming applications and resumes and evaluate/screen potentially qualified candidates and to make an appropriate recommendation to the hiring manager.
You are a natural brand ambassador and evangelist for the company when attending job fairs, community events, networking events, etc.
Proactively source and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates for evergreen positions.
Conduct weekly hiring manager check ins to provide updates on open positions and conduct bi-weekly meetings with executives to ensure they are in the loop with openings with their division/departments.
Assist with processing new hires, employee terminations, background checks and background check audits.
Act as a backup for fellow teammates while out of the office on pto, travel etc.
You have:
5+ years of experience in an in-house recruitment position or a combination of in-house and agency recruitment experience accepted.
You possess a solid understanding of the recruitment process.
Strong sense of urgency and know how and when to take the initiative!
Possess the ability to proactively source and build a pipeline of passive talent for the organization.
Must be organized and possess the ability to multitask.
You possess a strong business acumen and emotional quotient (EQ).
