Key Responsibilities
The Founding History Teacher will be responsible for delivering the advanced and rigorous BASIS Social Sciences curriculum to middle and/or high school students. Specific duties include:

Student Engagement: Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, historical analysis, and a deep appreciation for cultural and global perspectives.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a major or significant coursework in History, Social Studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
Prior teaching experience in History or Social Sciences at the middle and/or high school level is strongly preferred. Experience teaching advanced placement (AP) or honors-level courses is a significant asset.
