Our client is seeking a highly professional, self-motivated datacenter systems administrator for our Regional Datacenter (RDC). The ideal candidate will have experience working in a software development environment with primary responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities:
Server hardware management: Plan and implement server installations including planning, preparation, installation, cabling, LAN configuration, OS installation, and post configuration.
Provide hardware swap-outs for repairs, and interact with vendors for parts and service support, including over-seeing their onsite activities.
Deploy operating systems with homegrown automated deployment process.
Working closely with the facilities technical team, monitor and report incidents across all data center facilities equipment via daily walkdown of the environment.
Monitor and respond to hardware incidents across all data center IT equipment e.g. servers, filers, switches, and data backup libraries.
Participate in daily facility walk down and off-hours maintenance of IT systems as required for business.
Participate in on-call rotation one week a month. Datacenter audits and reporting, adhering to all data center operational processes and procedures.

Create, Modify, Develop MOPs and SOPS for equipment and processes
Assist with pre-functional and functional testing
Troubleshoot and optimize BAS systems using field tools and modern diagnostic techniques, including emerging technologies and corrective actions
Provide clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, and commissioning agents including daily site updates, daily site safety reporting and progress reports
Provide input to project teams on estimating and takeoffs for proposals
Work effectively with limited direction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments
Maintain daily job site documentation including updates, safety logs, and tracking issues or changes
Attend project bid walks; engineering surveys for retrofit projects
Lead installation teams on daily and weekly meetings

AUO Display Plus is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer escalations, providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting complex issues with our Displays, modular dv LED display systems and other innovative AUO technology products, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve software bugs and enhance product quality.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues within customer applications like integrated AV conference environments, digital signage and classroom settings. This role partners with sales, service, engineering, and technical support teams, regularly working and communicating with multiple departments on critical tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan paths to resolution for technical issues by coordinating resources to focus on the highest priority issues.
Proactively anticipate and address product hardware, software, firmware, and interoperability issues and find resolutions, ideally before they become customer facing or before they delay a major milestone or deliverable.
Once issues are identified, work with customers to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Act as an escalation point for service and technical support teams.
Take ownership of escalations and drive the issue to a timely resolution, both offline or via online sessions with customers and R&D teams.
Reproduce product issues, replicate customer environments, and perform root cause analysis.
When a root cause is discovered, own the issue and develop a working solution or escalate to R&D teams.

Requirements
Education:
