Job Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Utilities Support Technician to join our team in Mason City, IA, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production facility's utility systems. The USMT is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining all plant stationary power equipment systems, including boiler steam generation, industrial refrigeration, compressed air, vacuum, wastewater treatment, and water supply systems.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Determine operational/mechanical failures in Utility areas, including boiler operations, waste water, water systems, ammonia and freon refrigeration, and compressed air equipment
Replace components within the refrigeration system, with safe LOTO procedures and in accordance with PSM program.
Responsible for helping with maintenance of all systems.
Familiar with CMMS systems.
Help plant maintain compliance with all permits.
Qualifications:
Preferred: CFC Certification - Type I & Type II: (Minimum) as defined by EPA.
Ammonia Operator 1 Certification preferred.
Experience running boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, and/or waste water systems.
Electrical experience, 240V and below.

Position overview:
Our Mankato Plant is growing! Starting pay is $28.3359 per hour and an additional 5% shift differential for night shift. The Production Technician has primary responsibility for quality and mechanical performance of line and standard production output and recording of unit quality and associated data. Duties And Responsibilities:
Reporting to Supervisor, the Production Technicians responsibilities would include, but not be limited to the following:
Setup, adjust, repair, overhaul and evaluate all end line equipment to maintain standard quality and quantity of production.
Disassemble, replace, and reassemble all tools and dies.
Measure and record all end dimensions against specifications.
Inspect in process ends and raw materials at all stages in the manufacturing process to ensure quality requirements and specifications are consistently being maintained.
Perform mechanical repair and maintenance required for production.
Operate mechanical hoists and drive forklifts.
Maintain records of production and quality, including isolating poor-quality product.
Report quality problems or defects to plant supervisor.

This position is for supporting the Real-Time Location Services and Telemedicine equipment. The incumbent in this position will be based in Mankato, MN, and need to periodically travel to regional sites for project work and technical support.
An HTM Technician maintains medical, clinical equipment and systems through effective implementation of the Mayo Clinic Medical Equipment Management Plan. Technician must demonstrate technical and mechanical skills and tasks associated with the planning, installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical, laboratory, research, imaging equipment and interconnected patient care systems.
