Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years' hands-on experience in RV, automotive, or related trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing). Familiarity with hitch installation and brake controller setup. Basic electrical knowledge of 12V and 110V systems. RVIA/RVIT certification (or equivalent RV maintenance experience). Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude. Proficient in reading tape measures and using hand/power tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work weekends and in un-climate-controlled environments. Physical Requirements Regularly stand, walk, reach, and use hands and arms to handle tools and parts. Frequently sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lift and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 15 lbs frequently, and up to 25-50 lbs occasionally.
