Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
General Maintenance & Repairs
Perform tile work, including replacement and repair of damaged tiles.
Address drywall and FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels) issues, including patching, repairing, and installing.
Unclog, repair, and maintain drain lines and plumbing systems.
Replace and repair ceilings, ceiling tiles, and grid systems as needed.
Conduct lighting maintenance, including bulb and ballast replacement, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Repair or replace electrical outlets, switches, and wiring.
Preventative Maintenance
Perform minor carpentry, painting, and sealing to prevent structural deterioration.
Maintain equipment such as door hardware, hinges, and locks.
Inspect and maintain restaurant seating, booths, and other furnishings.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Document and report potential safety hazards or violations.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with restaurant management to prioritize maintenance needs.
Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.

POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Performance Support
Participate in lighting, audio, and video plot hangs and focus sessions.
Assist with preshow checks including lighting, audio, video, systems automation systems.

Join run crews for productions, rehearsals, and special events.
Assist in setting up and striking tech tables, running lights, and cue lights during technical rehearsals.

3. Heavy and light equipment operation and maintenance- ranging from heavy mobile construction equipment to various mowers and small power tools. This duty is performed daily.
4. Routine and preventive maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds on 425 acre site, including maintenance of airfield operations area to FAA standards and maintenance and repair of the Air Traffic Control Tower. This duty is performed daily.
5. Conducting snow removal operations, operating variety of snow removal equipment. Typically involves multiple days of extended hours including high frequency of overnight work typically conducted under extreme weather conditions. Includes loading and unloading of 2,200lb deicing chemical containers with forklift/backhoe, operation of snow plows, snow broom, runway deice material spreader, dump trucks, etc. Numerous outside manual functions such as clearing electric gates and other critical systems. This duty is performed as needed.
6. Emergency response for aircraft incidents and accidents, fuel spills, critical equipment and systems malfunctions/failures. This duty is performed as needed.
7. Coordination and oversight of numerous contractors, service providers, vendors, and suppliers. This duty is performed weekly.
8. Responding to special service requests and providing assistance to based customers and FAA maintenance personnel. This duty is performed as needed.
